Barcelona, April 12, 2024 – The Additive Manufacturing Reference Network of Catalonia (XaRFA), coordinated by CIM UPC, has participated as an Exhibitor at Advanced Factories 2024, one of the most important industry 4.0 conferences in europe .
The event, held from April 9 to 11 at Fira Barcelona Gran Via, brought together more than 500 exhibitors and attracted a national and international audience of leading experts, professionals and companies in the advanced manufacturing sector.
XaRFA had a prominent presence, with a stand that received the attention of visitors and provided a platform to give visibility to some of its members’ innovative projects and research initiatives in 3D printing: from concrete 3D printing , metal 3D printing, bioprinting and health projects, direct ink printing technology, among others.
Special thanks to the groups and spin-offs: Aridditive, PowerDIW, Diopma, R+D+I CIM UPC, Ciefma and Nemen, for their collaboration and participation during the three days.
Promoting the valorization of new technologies as well as their future internationalization and exhibition in this type of congresses allows us to know the needs of the industry and establish the link between the academic world and society.
We continue to highlight the commitment of Catalonia’s R+D+I networks to the promotion of research, innovation and knowledge transfer.
