During the discussions, participants highlighted the specific challenges faced by women in science and technology, emphasizing the importance of creating role models, providing tools to overcome barriers, and strengthening collaboration through networks and joint initiatives. The event aimed to showcase female talent and create an inspiring space to promote greater female representation in science and technology, particularly in areas related to knowledge transfer to the productive sector.
With active participation from over 100 attendees, the event served as a platform to highlight the contributions of women in key sectors such as biomedicine, sustainability, and artificial intelligence.
